Iconography
The job of an Iconographers is to decide which style is going to be carried out
in each book or video and to find the illustrator who can illustrate the
request according to the assigned style.
In order
for an Iconographer to work, the
author of the book needs to present a project or sketch. After
presenting the sketch, he talks about it with the editor of the book and with
the author of the book and they see if what they are trying to illustrate is
correct.
The Iconographer
needs to find images for a book or video, he can travel to find pictures of art
(Pictures, statues etc).
Iconographer tells the illustrator if the illustration
needs changes.
